Registration Process for FCWC
1. Register
Complete the registration form.
2. Complete the Media/Liability Release
Please complete the media/liability release. This form is required as part of the registration process.
You have two options to complete the Media Release form:
Option 1: Download and print the Media Release form, complete it manually, and upload the pdf scan or photograph of the completed form using the embedded form below:
Option 2: Download and complete the Media Release form digitally using the editable fields found in the pdf form. Please ensure that you provide an electronic signature for your form to be considered complete. Once the form is complete, save it on your computer, then upload the completed form using the embedded form below (Note: This form can only be filled out in these two browsers -Chrome and Safari.):
3. Pay Registration Fee
Click the applicable Pay Now button to pay for the writing camp.
You may charge your credit card through PayPal.
o Your child’s registration is only valid if payment is made. Without prompt payment of tuition, a registration is invalid. We will email you to clear up registration non-payment via the email address of the parent that is supplied at registration. Please respond promptly so that your child’s place in our writing camp is assured.
