The Dinner Party will take place on Saturday, Feb. 7 at 6:00 p.m. at Cathedral High School's Benedict XVI Hall, located at 7726 Westview Dr., Houston, TX 77055. James Matthew Wilson, Ph.D., founding director of the MFA in Creative Writing at the University of St. Thomas, will inspire us with “Beyond Excellence” to renew our search to weave together our busy, daily lives with a life of grace and holiness.

An award-winning scholar of philosophical-theology and literature, Dr. Wilson has authored dozens of essays, articles, and reviews on all manner of subjects, secular and divine. He has also published twelve books and won numerous awards for his scholarship and poetry.

Please join us at this one-of-a-kind fundraising event to benefit Catholic Literary Arts, the pioneer of Catholic cultural revival for creative writing in America for youth, teens, and adults.
